1. Who we are
Launch Motion is a product of Hyathi Technologies Private Limited ("Hyathi", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to the Launch Motion website, studio, video-production services, early-access program, and related support.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your products and source material
You retain ownership of briefs, screenshots, logos, recordings, product information, and other material you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, and share that material with our service providers solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested production.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or ask us to use. Do not upload confidential third-party data unless you are authorized to process it through an AI-assisted service.
4. Generated films and commercial use
As between you and Hyathi, and to the extent permitted by law, you own final films created specifically for you after the applicable credit is paid or settled. You may use those films commercially. We retain all rights in Launch Motion itself, its software, production systems, reusable technical components, and general know-how.
AI-assisted output may not be unique and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, trademarks, regulated claims, rights clearances, and suitability before publishing a film.
5. Credits, production, and refunds
- Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- A credit settles when a playable first draft or revised draft is durably delivered.
- Retries, repair, quality verification, final rendering, and downloading the same production do not create another charge.
- If production fails before any playable draft is delivered, the reserved credit is returned automatically.
Pack pricing and included credits are shown before payment. Our Refund Policy explains refunds for unused credits, duplicate charges, and materially defective delivery.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause or remove content, reject a request, or suspend an account when necessary to protect people, rights holders, the platform, or the law.
7. Service availability and liability
We work to keep Launch Motion reliable, but creative AI, cloud providers, and rendering systems can be interrupted. The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome, audience response, or commercial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyathi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Launch Motion during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts serving Hyathi's registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
