Unused credits
You may request a refund for wholly unused purchased credits within 14 days of purchase. Where a pack has been partially used, we may refund the unused portion based on the effective per-credit price of that pack, excluding non-refundable taxes or payment-provider charges where permitted by law.
When a credit is used
A generation or revision credit is used only after a playable draft is durably delivered. A failed attempt that produces no playable draft does not consume the reserved credit. Retry, repair, QA, final render, and download of that same production do not consume another credit.
Defective delivery
If a delivered draft is technically unusable or materially fails the accepted production request, contact us within 14 days. We will first attempt a reasonable repair or re-render without charging another credit. If we cannot provide a usable result, we will restore the credit or issue an appropriate refund.
Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us promptly and secure your account. Payment disputes can temporarily place an account on billing hold while the transaction is investigated.
How to request a refund
Email ua@hyathi.com with the account email, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider and your bank. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
