You may not use Launch Motion to
- Create, promote, or distribute unlawful content or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Exploit, sexualize, endanger, or identify minors.
- Impersonate another person or company, fabricate endorsements, or create deliberately deceptive media.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Upload credentials, payment details, health records, or other sensitive personal data without lawful authority and a genuine production need.
- Create malware, phishing, credential theft, harassment, hate, threats, or instructions intended to cause physical or digital harm.
- Make regulated medical, financial, legal, political, or safety claims that are false, misleading, or presented without required review and disclosures.
- Probe, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, its safeguards, other accounts, or provider limits.
- Resell access, automate account creation, or manipulate credits, payments, referrals, or refunds.
Enforcement
We may refuse a production, remove content, limit functionality, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, the platform, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or rights violations to ua@hyathi.com. Include the relevant project or output and enough detail for us to review the concern without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
