1. Scope
This policy explains how Hyathi Technologies Private Limited ("Hyathi") processes personal information when you visit the Launch Motion website, join the early-access list, or use Launch Motion, our AI Creative Studio.
2. Information we collect
- Your email address and signup source when you join early access.
- Account data such as name, email address, authentication provider, and security/session identifiers when you use the product.
- Product data such as briefs, website URLs, brand descriptions, screenshots, logos, audio, and other assets you choose to provide.
- Production data such as prompts, task status, drafts, QA evidence, revisions, final films, and operational logs.
- Billing data such as purchased pack, payment status, currency, amount, invoice, and payment-provider identifiers. We do not receive complete card details.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, errors, security events, and usage measurements.
- Support communications and anything you include in them.
3. How we use information
- Send early-access updates you requested.
- Authenticate you and keep your projects private.
- Create, review, revise, render, store, and deliver the films you request.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, recover interrupted work, and provide support.
- Process payments and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or customer production assets.
4. Service providers
We share only the information reasonably required to provide the feature you request. Early-access submissions are processed by Formspree. Product hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, and AI-assisted production may use specialized providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Dodo Payments, Resend, and AI inference providers.
These providers process information under their own security and data protection commitments. We do not authorize them to use private production assets for unrelated advertising.
5. Legal bases and international processing
We process information to provide the service you request, operate and secure the service, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it. Providers may process information in countries other than yours using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
6. Retention and choices
We retain early-access details until they are no longer needed for the launch program or until you ask us to remove them, subject to legal and operational requirements. Active product assets are retained while your account remains active. You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
7. Cookies and analytics
Launch Motion does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing analytics on this landing page. The product may use essential cookies and similar storage for login, session refresh, security, preferences, and checkout continuity. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are added, we will update this policy and present any consent controls required by law.
